1. How deletion works
You can delete your MY VOICE account and all data associated with it at any time. To protect your account, we confirm it's you with a code sent to your e-mail; then you confirm the deletion in Settings › Privacy in the app.
2. Facebook and Instagram data
If you remove MY VOICE from your Facebook settings, we automatically delete the integration data:
- Access tokens from your Facebook Page (encrypted).
- Your Facebook Page information (name, ID).
- Data from the linked Instagram Business account (ID, handle).
3. MY VOICE account data
This deletion only removes data related to the Facebook integration. Your MY VOICE account, conversation history, and content remain active. To delete your entire account, go to Settings → Delete account in the app.
